I was initially brought on as a sales associate and transformed my role shortly after. Being part of the first sales team as this company was beginning to launch was insightful and somewhat disastrous. After listening to issues the team had in understanding the product throughout two weeks of training, I researched the space to determine the best narratives that customers and businesses would be most familiar with. The story of what points needed to be shared for success began to form. This was illustrated and paired with an extremely simplified sales script.
